Swimming is one of the Best Exercises to Lose Weight

Even I myself didn’t think about swimming when I started working on weight loss; may be because I didn’t know swimming at all by that time and I was also afraid of drowning.

Well, as a matter of fact, my weight loss plateaued at one stage, and this time 4 kilo meters of daily walk was not possible in deadly hot weather in Dubai, so I moved on learning swimming and by chance I learnt it quickly.

Now let me tell you the fact, that swimming is probably the best exercise not just to lose weight, but also to shape up your body from any part.

Let it be the mater of losing love handles, having sexy legs, burning the tummy fat, having perfect biceps, it does it all.

On an average an easy swim burns around 500 calories an hour, while a vigorous effort can torch almost 700.  The perfect storm of calorie burn and muscle recruitment is the best way to lose weight.

But wait, you don’t just calories while swimming; it also boosts metabolism as well as build muscles, and as a result, your body burns more calories while it’s resting even. You may feel hungrier and feel low of energy too, so make sure not to be eating unhealthy and imbalanced diet.

Remember, careful eating is the key to lose weight! So, while you are adding swimming in your workout, make sure not to let the diet get imbalanced!
