Here is my list of Skin Benefiting Foods; make sure you include these in your meals for healthier, fresher and young looking skin.

Pomegranates: Packed with polyphenol antioxidants, Pomegranates help fighting free radicals and regulate skin’s blood flow, giving it rosiness. One pomegranate or a few glasses of juice daily should do the trick.
