Mommy’s Guide to Prepare Nutrient Dense Meals for Kids

I am a busy mom of 3 and I used to struggle all the time with getting my kids to eat healthy. If we were lucky they would get a gummy vitamin and we would call it good. My mom guilt was always getting the best of me but they simply would not eat the “healthy” foods I put in front of them.

I am sure you can relate on some level. About a year ago I was introduced to Yevo. Yevo has been a game changer in my house! Yevo puts vitamins in everyday foods like oatmeal, granola, chocolate smoothies and more, WITHOUT any preservatives.

My mom’s guilt (at least about food) has subsided and I rest easier knowing that they are daily getting the 43 essential nutrients that the World Health Organization says our bodies need.

My favorite and my kid’s favorite is the chocolate smoothie! I add it to almond milk (you can add to water, milk or whatever you like) This yummy drink not only has 43 essential nutrients, but also 30 grams of protein, raw amino acids and only 3 grams of sugar! The convenience factor is also huge, all foods can be prepared just by adding water.

I love starting the day with a nutrient dense bowl of oatmeal that contains 26 grams of protein.  With Yevo it is not about counting calories it is about counting nutrients. Our bodies have 37 trillion cells and we need 43 essential nutrients daily including 12 amino acids, 12 essential vitamins, 12 essential nutrients, 2 essential fatty acids and of course water.
